The yogurt and nutella muffins combine two of my favorite ingredients to make desserts, lo yogurt which makes all doughs and doughs soft and moist Nutella that makes everything in sight greedy. Obviously, to make this recipe you can use any hazelnut cream you prefer, the result will be a sweet with a melting heart that appeals to young and old alike. Method

How to make yogurt and nutella muffins

In a bowl, mix the eggs with the yogurt, honey and oil.

Separately, mix the flour, baking powder and sugar.
Combine the two compounds.

Work quickly with a wooden spoon until the mixture is homogeneous, but not too smooth.

Pour the mixture into the muffin molds filling them 2/3 of their height.

Add a teaspoon of Nutella to the center of each muffin. Bake in a preheated convection oven at 180 ° C for 20 minutes.

Let cool and serve your yogurt and nutella muffins.

THE muffin with creamy heart of Nutella are delicious sweets ideal for breakfast or snack: fluffy muffins with a soft filling of hazelnut cream, which will invade the whole house with its irresistible scent. Thanks to the little trick of freezing the nutella, the heart will remain soft even after cooking. But here's how to prepare this fluffy delicacy in no time!


Nutella and yogurt muffins

Ingrediants:

  • 300 grams of flour 00
  • 50 g of corn starch (or potato starch)
  • 190-200 grams of sugar
  • 2 medium eggs at room temperature
  • 250 grams of low-fat white yogurt
  • 1 sachet of baking powder
  • 120 ml of sunflower oil
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 sachet of vanillin
  • 4 heaping tablespoons of Nutella (or even 5 if you want them more chocolaty)
  • Natural puffed rice or chopped hazelnuts / almonds or chocolate chips or grated coconut for garnish

Method:

To prepare Nutella and yogurt muffins, place the eggs at room temperature and the sugar in a bowl. Work well with an electric whisk or a planetary mixer, until the mixture becomes light and fluffy.

Add the yogurt and sunflower oil and mix well. Then add the vanilla, a pinch of salt, the flour and the cornstarch (or potato starch). Add the spoons of Nutella and finally the sifted yeast. Work until the mixture is perfectly homogeneous.

Preheat the oven at 180 ° and in the meantime place the cups in the appropriate muffin mold and fill them 2/3 full. Then proceed to the garnish with natural puffed rice (as I did) or with chocolate chips, chopped hazelnuts or almonds or grated coconut.

When the oven has reached temperature, bake for about 20-25 minutes.

Well, your muffins are ready! Let them cool and enjoy them for breakfast or snack!


YOGURT MUFFIN with nutella heart

Method

In a bowl put the eggs with the sugar, with a whisk or a wooden spoon mix them until they become frothy, add the yogurt and mix again, also incorporate the flour with the yeast and mix until the mixture is smooth and without lumps .
Obviously, if you want, you can mix the mixture with the help of the planetary mixer or the electric whisk.
Take some baking cups (I recommend these in cardboard) and fill them a little less than half, add a spoonful of Nutella and cover with another spoonful of dough and add the chopped hazelnuts on top.
Put the muffins in a static oven, preheated to 170 ° for about 15/20 minutes, then adjust with your oven.
When the muffins are puffy and golden brown, remove them from the oven and let them cool well.

The preparation of the Two-tone yogurt muffin, filled with Nutella without Thermomix takes a few more minutes, but nothing that bad. Another great idea is to prepare them the night before, after dinner. What is needed to prepare?


Strawberry and yogurt muffins with Nutella ® and GialloZafferano

First, clean the strawberries, cut them in half, place them in a bowl and blend them until you get a puree.

In another bowl, pour the sugar and eggs, and stir until the mixture becomes smooth and fluffy. Add the water and continue to mix.

Add the sifted yeast, the & ldquo00 & rdquo flour and the wholemeal flour. Then resume mixing and form a homogeneous mixture again.

Now add the yogurt and mix. Finally, add the strawberry puree and the almond flour and knead the dough to mix everything well.

At this point, take 8 disposable aluminum molds, pour the dough into them and bake at 180 ° C for 25 minutes. Once cooked, take them out of the oven and let them cool.

Now remove the muffins from the cups and, with the blade of a knife, dig them out to remove the central part. Fill the cavity with 15 g of Nutella & reg and, to finish, place a quarter of a strawberry on each muffin. Et voil & agrave! Your muffins are ready!


INGREDIANTS

To prepare strawberry and yogurt muffins with Nutella, wash and remove the green leaves from the strawberries 1, cut them in half and place them in a bowl 2, then blend them with an immersion blender 3.

Once cold, take them out of the cups and hollow them out with the blade of a knife 16, remove the central part 17 and fill the cavity with 15 g of Nutella® each 18.

Once 19 is filled, place a quarter of a strawberry 20 on each muffin. Your strawberry and yogurt muffins with Nutella® are ready to be served 21. You can also serve them as you like with whipped cream!


To make this simple and delicious sweet Nutella muffin dough, let's start by placing 12 cups in the muffin holder.

Operate the thermomix 30 sec. speed 5, pour the mixture into the appropriate cups for cakes, fill 2/3, transfer to the previously preheated static oven at 180 degrees for 25 minutes.
Remove from the oven, let it cool, then spread the surface with Nutella and sprinkle with sugar stars, and here they are ready to taste.

In a bowl, shell the eggs, add the sugar and a pinch of salt, work with a hand whisk, then add the sifted yogurt, oil, flour, cocoa and yeast, mix until the mixture is smooth and homogeneous.
Pour the mixture into the appropriate cups for cakes, fill 2/3, transfer to the previously preheated static oven at 180 degrees for 25 minutes.
Remove from the oven, let it cool, then spread the surface with Nutella and sprinkle with sugar stars, and here they are ready to taste.
