Dupa furtuna de aseara, azi dimineata era raiul unei dimineti de vara. Iluzia unor temperaturi rezonabile s-a dispersat pe la pranz insa. Pana joi, cand meteorologii au promis temperaturi suportabile, mai am de asteptat, asa ca aragazul risca sa prinda panze de paianjen. Am trecut atunci la revizuirea proviziei de conserve, asa am dat peste o cutiuta de naut conservat. Nu sunt adepta lui, de obicei cumpar boabe, dar la un moment dat, disperata ca nu gaseam, am cumparat cateva cutiute din alea de 400 ml. Am inhatat cutia si am trecut la prepararea unei salate cu ce aveam la indemana, riscand aceasta combinatie surprinzatoare. Cum ne-a placut, mie chiar mult, am zis sa va arat, poate mai dau idei si altora.

Gratziela, ma bucur ca am mai gasit un fan al acestei legume. daca dai search la mine folosind cuvantul cheie "naut", ai sa gasesti cateva retete, in mare parte salate, dar nu numai. Am descoperit la tine insa cateva lucruri interesante si o sa-mi fac timp sa rasfoiesc metodic dupa retete fara carne.

Tiza draga, multumesc mult. Daca nu e un pepene extrem de parfumat, ci unul ferm si zamos, este ideal pentru salate. Potenteaza gustul picant si ii da o racoare si savoare speciala unei salate. O sa-l mai folosesc.

Sarah, scumpa mea, macrisul ai vazut in ce-l "cultiv" si eu. Din seminte, pentru ca nu ma mai satur de el. Il poti inlocui cu baby spinach sau orice frunza de salata cu personalitate, nu iceberg. Adica sa aiba o aroma sau un gust care s-o scoata in evidenta. Mai am o reteta de influenta indiana, cu nuca de cocos razuita (proaspata!) si naut, cu arome care pe la tine se gasesc la tot pasul pe care intentionez s-o prepar curand. Stai pe receptie! Noi promovăm la radio diferite articole ale bloggerilor, iar azi am promovat un articol de-al tău am specificat sursa articolului şi am deschis şi un subiect pe baza acestuia. Dacă doresti, poţi să ne recomanzi orice articol, iar noi îl vom promova.
Ne-ar face plăcere să ştim că ai dori să ne susţii în acest proiect de radio şi să accepţi o eventuală colaborare.
M-am gândit aşadar să vin cu o propunere:
Pe Radio Whisper se difuzează toate genurile de muzică, exceptând manele şi piese necenzurate. Avem şi câteva emisiuni, ştiri etc. Ne-am propus să realizăm un proiect mare, iar pentru asta avem nevoie de susţinerea şi ajutorul tău şi al celorlalţi colegi bloggeri. Dorim să creăm o echipă cât mai complexă de oameni cu un talent aparte şi m-am gândit că poate ai vrea sa ni te alături şi să colaborăm (binenţeles, pe unul dintre domeniile care îţi place). Dorim de asemenea să îţi luăm un scurt interviu. Pentru noi sunt importante ideile şi modul de a gândi al bloggerilor şi al ascultatorilor noştri.

Deci trebuie musai sa iti marturisesc ca tocmai am incercat reteta ta si sunt in love. Prea buna a iesit si abea astept sa termin serviciul si sa ajung acasa ca sa mai fac una (dar dubla ca ne-am cam luat la bataie azi de la ea). In plus noi am mai stropit salata cu otet balsamic si am servit-o cu paine de secara :). Multumesc mult pentru idee si ma bucur ca ti-am descoperit blogul :)

Tort cu crema de pepene galben si cacao de ziua Diei - Rețete

Suntem în anul de grație 2015, ziua 55 august! Cum adică nu suntem în august, ci în septembrie?? La 38 de grade nu cred ca suntem în mijlocul lui septembrie, ci în mijlocul lui august, zău!! Nu se mai termină vara asta, o dată!! Pfuu. deci iar am trecut pe brânză și roșii, vorba vine :P
Am făcut băutura această răcoritoare de vară să ne mai treacă năduful și zăduful! Sper să vă placă și să-l preparați și voi :-)
Am mai făcut Smoothie de pepene verde și cireșe.
După o idee din revista Click pentru femei.

Ingredient:
3 felii de pepene verde,
3 felii de pepene galben,
3 nectarine,
3 lămâi.

For decoration:
gheață cu mentă.

Method of preparation:
Prima dată stoarceți lămîile. E bine să folosiți 3 lămâi, eu n-am avut decât două.
Turnați sucul în blender.

Decojiți nectarinele, tăiați-le în bucăți potrivite și puneți-le în blender, peste zeama de lămîie și amestecați-le ca să nu se oxideze.
Curățați coaja feliilor de pepene galben și tăiați miezul în bucăți potrivite și de asemenea, puneți-le în blender, peste bucățile de nectarine.
Blenduiți, adică băgați blenderul în priză și apăsați pe buton :P

Turnați nectarul obținut într-un vas încăpător de 2 litri.

Puneți în blender bucăți de pepene verde curățate de sâmburii negri și albi. Muncă de chinez bătrân :P Eu l-am blenduit în două ture, că a fost mult.
Apoi combinați nectarul de nectarine și pepene galben cu cel de pepene verde.

Din pepenele galben formați cu lingura specială bile pe care le puneți în paharele cu smoothie.

Dacă aveți câteva frunze de mentă, tăiați-le mărunt și puneți-le cu apă într-o tăviță pentru gheață.

Puneți cuburile de gheață doar atunci când urmează să serviți smoothie.

Multumesc frumos Ruxi, esti foarte draguta. Ma gandesc sa-mi cumpar ceva instrumente pentru flori din fondant insa nu fac tort decat la ocazii speciale si inca nu m-am hotarat daca sa mi le cumpar sau nu ( cele la care ma gandeam sunt destul de scumpe) dar vine ziua mea curand si cine stie.

Dianais, marshmallow le-am cumparat de la Kaufland, din pacate nu am gasit albe, e adevarat ca am fost doar la Real si Kaufland insa daca tu gasesti pe undeva albe simple te rog sa-mi spui si mie.


Colac si coliva,pentru sambata mortilor

Sambata 18 februarie, in fiecare biserica se oficiaza Sfanta Liturghie, urmata de slujba Parastasului pentru cei adormiti. In ziua in care se savarseste Sfanta Liturghie, preotul scoate miride (particele) din prescura, pentru vii si morti. Ele sunt asezate pe Sfantul Disc, alaturi de Agnet - partea din prescura care reprezinta pe Hristos, ca dragostea Lui sa se reverse si asupra lor. Amintim ca in cadrul Sfintei Liturghii, Agnetul se preface in Trupul si Sangele Domnului. Astfel, miridele (care ii reprezinta pe cei pomeniti), participa la sfintenie prin prezenta lor alaturi de Trupul lui Hristos de pe Sfantul Disc.
Aceasta sambata este cunoscuta sub denumirea "Mosii de iarna".Am tinut sa merg si eu la biserica si pentru asta am facut un colac,ce o sa il prezint in pasi,coliva si vin rosu.

-700 g faina alba
-20 g drojdie proaspata
-0 lingurita de zahar
-2 linguri de ulei de masline
-o lingurita de sare
-apa cat sa iasa un aluat vartos,de paine.

Se freaca drojdia cu zaharul.Faina se cerne intr-un bol,se pune sarea,se amesteca cu faina si se adauga si uleiul.Se face o adancitura in mijloc si se pune drojdia.Se amesteca si se adauga apa calduta,incepand sa se framante cu mana.Se adauga apa pana cand iese un aluat vartos.Se framanta bine pana cand devine un aluat neted si elastic.Se pune la dospit pana isi dubleaza volumul.
Dupa ce a crescut se pune pe masa de lucru,pe care s-a presarat uun praf de faina.

Se rasuceste intr-un rulou.

Se pune ruloul intr-o tava ,unsa si tapetata cu faina,se unesc cele doua capete ale ruloului,sa se obtina un cerc.

Cu un cutit bine ascutit,se portioneaza ruloul,in rondele aproximativ egale.

Se ia prima rondea si se aduce spre mijloc.Urmatoarea rondea,se lasa in afara,urmatoarea iarasi spre mijloc si tot asa pana se termina toate rondelele.

In mijlocul colacului,se pune un rulou micut,impletit in doua.Se lasa iarasi la crescut.

Se pune la cuptorul de dinainte incins,la foc mediu,pina se rumeneste frumos,cam 35-40 min.

Ca sa arate mai altfel,am pregatit o portie de aluat ce nu creste si am facut trandafirasi si frunze.

Cand colacul a prins crusta(rumenit foarte putin)l-am scos din cuptor si am lipit decorul cu miere diluata cu un pic de lapte.Nu am pus decorul de la inceput,pentru ca,atunci cand incepe aluatul sa creasca,decorul se "ingroapa".

Cand a fost gata,(nu-mi place cum s-a rumenit)L-am uns cu sirop de zahar pentru stralucire.

Alaturi de coliva,pe care am uitat sa o pozez in pasi,dar promit pentru alta data,de Sf. Toader,de o sticla de vin si colac,am dus la biserica,intru pomenirea mortilor.
