    Prepare the molds with a light application of cooking spray. Wipe the cavities clean with a paper towel. This will make it easier to remove. If using the more traditional condiment cups, you will not need to spray them.

    Pour water in saucepan, sprinkle in gelatin. Allow gelatin to soak for a few minutes.

    Heat over very low heat until gelatin is dissolved, stirring constantly (approximately 5 minutes).

    Combine yogurt, pumpkin puree, spices, food coloring, and simple syrup in a medium sized bowl.

    Pour the water/gelatin mix over the yogurt mixture and whisk until fully combined.

    Pour into a mold or condiment cups. Let sit in the refrigerator until fully set up, which will take a few hours.

    If using molds, pop the shots out of molds. Place on a plate and decorate with frosting to make leaves. If you are using the condiment cups, add green frosting vines and leaves and top with a brown candy on top to form a stem.

The first one is in molds. They make for great presentation, but they can sometimes get stuck (and that makes me nervous) and you need to have a lot of molds. Also they can get big. The molds I used to make mine were about cupcake size, which is a tad large for a jelly shot. So I filled them only half way up. They produced a very cute shot!The other option is pretty much what I have come to associate with jelly shots and that is the little plastic condiment cup. But of course, I had to spiff those up a bit. So the idea of adding the chocolate chew candy and some green frosting worked really well in my opinion. These Pumpkin Pie Jello Shots are the absolute best thing EVER! Perfect for any fall party. Have fun with these cute little pie shots!

  • 1 pkg of pre-made small graham cracker crusts
  • 2 packets of unflavored gelatin
  • 1 1/4 cup of water, divided
  • 1/3 cup of spiced pumpkin pie mix (or 1/3 cup of unspiced pumpkin with1 1/2 tsp of pumpkin pie spice)
  • 1/2 cup of vodka or rum
  • 1/4 cup of granulated sugar
  • 1/2 tablespoon of heavy whipping cream Whipped Cream for garnish
  1. Pour 1 cup of water into medium saucepan and pour the 2 packets of gelatin over. Let stand for two minutes. Turn on heat to medium-high.
  2. Whisk in pumpkin and sugar, allowing the mixture to simmer. Turn the heat off and let the mixture cool.
  3. Add rum or vodka, heavy whipping cream, and remaining 1/4 cup of water to the pumpkin mixture. Pour 1/4 cup of the mixture in each graham cracker crust. Chill for 8 hours or overnight.
  4. Cut each crust into 4 pieces and top with a dollop of whip cream.

To make these more fun, opt for using a pumpkin pie flavored vodka. In some places it may be hard to find, but it IS out there!

  • Another option instead of frosting is dipping the glass edge in corn syrup and using orange sugar crystals for a different flavor and taste.
  • If you want to sweeten up this recipe, add a dab of whipping cream.
  • If you would rather not do pumpkin pie shots, you can easily make these into pumpkin pie martinis. Just double the recipe and then serve in martini glasses instead.

When fall rolls around, we know that you want pumpkin spice in all its forms. You desire a pumpkin spice infusion of everything. Pumpkin spice lattes, pumpkin spice lip balms, pumpkin spice toilet paper. Given half a chance, you would hook yourself up to a pumpkin spice IV drip. We hear you.

Your pumpkin spice craving can extend to booze habits, friends. And we don’t just mean pumpkin spice cocktails. We’re talking jello shots. Why leave those behind in the summer when the weather turns? Don’t you want to combine your love of semi-solid cocktails with your desire for more pumpkin spiced items? Well? Are you committed to pumpkin spice? Must we doubt your commitment to Sparkle Motion?

Here’s the deal: pour ¾ cup of bottled Starbucks Frappuccino and ¼ cup ginger ale into a saucepan. Add two Knox gelatin packets and just let them sit there for 2 minutes, no stirring. This is going to taste just like a pumpkin spice latte when you’re done, so patience, grasshopper.

After two minutes, turn the burner on medium heat, then whisk and dissolve the gelatin. Then add 2 tablespoons evaporated milk and 1 tablespoon pumpkin pie spice mix and stir to combine. Warm until almost boiling, then turn off heat.

Add a cup of whipped cream flavored vodka and stir thoroughly. Pour the mixture into little plastic shot glasses. Does it evoke pumpkin pie yet? Don’t worry, it will.

Let the mixture sit in the fridge and firm up for several hours or overnight.

All you have to do is prepare gelatin how you usually would, with coffee, vodka, and of course, the ingredient that gives this boozy treat its name&mdashpumpkin pie spice, mixed in for flavor. To make this recipe kid-friendly, simply skip the alcohol. Short straws are the perfect garnish, making them look like something you'd actually find at your local Starbucks.

These pumpkin spice latte jelly shots are ridiculously cute upon first glance and tasty, too. But our favorite part of the fun recipe? They're easy to make all year long, whenever you're craving a taste of fall. First, in a large mixing bowl whisk the milk and RumChata together. Next, whisk in whipped topping until smooth.

Pour shots into plastic shot glasses or plastic cups. Place shots on a cookie sheet or tray and place in the freezer for 1 hour.

Right before serving garnish the tops with whipped cream and a sprinkle of nutmeg.

Spiced Pumpkin Pie

Shake with ice, strain into a cinnamon sugar rimmed martini glass, and garnish with a cherry.

Pumpkin Cider

  • 2 parts Pinnacle® Pumpkin Pie Vodka
  • 1 part Apple Cider
  • Splash of Fresh Lemon Sour

Shake with ice, strain into coffee mug.

Chocolate Pumpkin Pie Martini

  • 2 parts Pinnacle Pumpkin Pie Vodka
  • 1 part Creme de Cacao
  • 1 part Chocolate Milk

Shake with ice, strain into a crushed graham cracker rimmed martini glass, and top with whipped cream.

Pumpkin White Russian [Created by Intoxicology 101]

  • 1 1/2 parts Pumpkin Pie vodka
  • 1 1/2 parts kahlúa
  • 4 parts milk
  • 1/4 tsp pumpkin spice

Add your ingredients minus your spice, together in a shaker filled with ice. Poor and strain into a rocks glass filled with ice and sprinkle your spice on top.

Pumpkin Pick Me Up [Created by Intoxicology 101]

  • 1 part Pinnacle Pumpkin Pie Vodka
  • ½ part Kahlùa Coffee Liqueur
  • ½ part Butterscotch Schnapps
  • ½ part Half & Half

Combine ingredients in shaker filled with ice. Shake and strain into coffee mug. Garnish and serve.

Halloween Fun

Our neighborhood really gets into Halloween, at many houses, the owners will welcome neighbors with a drink while their kids trick-or-treat. These Halloween pumpkin jello shots are a great way to make a street full (or office full) of friends this Halloween.

The jello shots look adorable centered in the pumpkin rind. Molded in an ice cube tray and set streaming out of a jack-o-lantern is another fun way to make the spooky treat look amazing.
