The plums are washed, cut in halves and the seeds are removed. The margarine together with a cup of flour rubs between the palms

Put the rest of the flour in a kneading bowl.

Add the kneaded margarine, egg, sugar, vanilla cream and baking powder.

Knead until all ingredients are well incorporated.

Divide the dough in half.

We put a sheet of paper with baking paper on the bottom of the tray, we place the plums, the other sheet and we put them in the oven.

When ripe, allow to cool, powder and serve.

We need:
& # 8211 500 gr flour
& # 8211 2 eggs
& # 8211 1 sachet of dry yeast
& # 8211 3 tablespoons sugar
& # 8211 250 ml milk
& # 8211 80 ml oil or melted butter
& # 8211 1/2 teaspoon salt
& # 8211 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
& # 8211 grated peel from a lemon
For the filling:
& # 8211 150 gr sour cream 20% fat
& # 8211 1 or
& # 8211 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
& # 8211 1 kg plum
& # 8211 cinnamon
& # 8211 powdered sugar for powdering
Put the yeast to leaven in 100 ml of warm milk mixed with a teaspoon of sugar. It takes 10-12 minutes.
Mix the flour with the salt and lemon peel. Pour the leavened yeast over the flour and mix lightly with your hand, adding beaten eggs and the rest of the warm milk in which we melted the sugar. Knead by hand, adding the oil towards the end. Knead until the dough sticks to your hands. Cover with a towel and leave to rise in a warm place for about an hour or until it doubles in volume.

We wash the plums and remove the seeds.

From the resulting dough we spread two sheets and place them in two trays greased with a little oil.
For the filling: beat the egg with a whisk and add the sour cream and powdered sugar.
Grease the dough with the filling above and place the plum halves with the core on top.

Sprinkle over cinnamon plums and grease the plums with a little sour cream.
Bake in a preheated oven at 175 degrees for about 20 minutes.

Remove from the oven, let it cool a bit. Then serve with powdered sugar on top.

Plum pie

1. For the dough: Mix flour and sugar. Put the butter, crushing it with your fingers. Add 5 tablespoons of beaten eggs and vanilla essence, mixing well until a firm dough is formed. Smooth it a little, then divide it in two, a larger piece for the base of the pie, and a smaller one for the top. Smooth each piece of dough into a circle. Fold each piece in plastic wrap and refrigerate for an hour.

2. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Take the largest piece of dough and place it in the tray, letting it pass through the edges of the tray. Refrigerate while preparing the filling.

3. Put the compote or jam in a bowl and add the sugar, stirring. Cut the plums in half and remove the seeds, then add them over the jam, stirring again. Put the filling in the tart pan, over the dough, and spread the edges of the dough with the remaining beaten egg.

4. Remove the second piece of dough from the fridge and place it over the pie. Glue the edges of the dough above those of the base and remove the excess dough. Grease with egg and cut the dough a little. Bake for 20 minutes, then reduce the heat and bake for another 20-25 minutes. Serve with whipped cream or ice cream.

For the dough:
200 g flour
50 g powdered sugar
75 g butter, cold
2 eggs, beaten
a drop of vanilla essence
For the filling:
2 tablespoons plum compote / jam
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 kg of ripe plums

Pie with prunes

With the last supply of prunes, I will serve you, today, with an incredibly aromatic pie with prunes with puff pastry.

For the preparation you need the following ingredients: 800 g puff pastry dough 600 g prunes, which you will leave to hydrate (in cold water, about 20 min) after which you will remove the seeds 500 ml red wine grated peel from 1 orange juice from 2 oranges (approx. 150 ml juice) 70 g caster sugar + 2 tablespoons 1 cinnamon stick 1 egg yolk.

Preparation of dried plum pie: In a saucepan, bring to a boil: the wine, the 70 g of sugar, the orange juice and the cinnamon stick.

When the wine has boiled, take it off the heat and add the plums, which you will leave for 10 minutes in the aromatic wine.

While the plums are in the wine, combine them in a bowl: the 2 tablespoons of sugar and the grated peel of 1 orange.

Place the puff pastry dough (folding it in half) in a tray with dimensions of 42/30 cm, then sprinkle on top, evenly, a mixture of sugar and orange peel. But be careful, you will sprinkle sugar with orange peel leaving a border of about 1-1.5 cm, around the tray, thus marking the surface on which you will place the plums.

Once the 10 minutes have passed, remove the plums from the wine in a bowl (using a whisk). The liquid left after removing the plums, you will put it back on the fire, you will let it boil for approx. 15 minutes (until it drops a bit), after which you will take it off the heat and set it aside.

Start and arrange the plums in the tray (leaving them whole or cut them in half & # 8211 as you prefer), keeping the arrangement of the fruit only on the surface on which you sprinkled sugar mixture with orange peel and leaving, all around, a border of 1-1.5 cm.

Grease the battered egg yolk with the help of a beaten egg yolk (using a brush), then place the tray in the preheated oven at 190 degrees for 15 minutes.

After 15 minutes, take the tray out of the oven and, using the brush, grease the plums with the wine you put aside after boiling it for another 15 minutes & # 8211 do this operation quickly!

Reinsert the tray in the oven (also at 190 degrees) and leave the plum pie for approx. 15 minutes.

When the border left free around is reddish-golden, the dried plum pie is ready! Turn off the heat and leave the pie in the oven to cool gradually, with the oven door ajar.

Then, obviously you can take the dried plum pie out of the oven, slice it, put it on plates and swallow it! It's bestial.
