In a large kneading bowl, sift flour, cold but soft butter, cut into pieces, mix with cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla, eggs, lemon juice and peel, sour cream, baking powder and flour and knead the dough until smooth and then lightly flour and let cool for 20 minutes.
With a floured hand, break pieces of dough and form biscuits as desired, round, longer .... place in a tray lined with baking paper and bake for 20 minutes at 200 degrees or until browned, if it seems to catch fire too much, cover them with a sheet of parchment.
Leave the biscuits to cool and powder with vanilla powdered sugar.
