I prepared the dough with a bread machine and I cut the olives into small pieces, if you find you take olives in oil they are much more fragrant than those in water.

I added the olives to the dough and left the complete program to rise in the machine. We then model the ciabatta, it has a specific, longer and flatter shape, without cutting it on top. I let it rise for another 20 minutes.

Bake for 30 minutes in the oven preheated to 220 degrees, it is ready when it has a golden crust. I always put the tray in the middle of the oven and under it I put a tray with 250 ml of water, the bread is crispier and never burns.

It is left to cool on a grill, it is ideal and for spreading it has a special aroma, I hope I made you want it.
