RECIPE PREPARATION BUBU chicken meatballs:

The chicken breast is cleaned of skins, bone and stingrays and boiled in half. Then chop with a very small knife. Give a pinch of salt. Onions, carrots and garlic sit on a small grater and fry in a little hot butter in a saucepan. Then add this mixture in the bowl with the chicken pieces and add the raw egg yolk and a large slice of breadcrumbs. Mix everything well and balls are formed that are rolled in flour.
